How Do I send you my images or artwork

There is 'red eye' on the photographs that I want to use - will you fix this?
Yes - this service is offered free of charge. We will also do our best to remove any minor defects in your chosen photograph free of charge.
My photograph isn't the same size as the gift I would like to order - what can I do?
Don't worry we will resize the photograph accordingly. There may be occasions when we will need to crop your image, but be assured that we will do our utmost to make sure that all major details are included in the finished gift.
Is there any colour restriction against my design?
No, we can print anything you can think of on our products.
Will my product fade or crack?
No, we use the Dye Sublimation method when printing our products. This enables to print bear clothing that will not fade or crack and means our mugs will have a glossy photo finish.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments via the web site can be made by credit/debit card through Paypal's secure online payment system (You do not require a Paypal account for this.)
What happens to personal information?
We do not hold or store any financial details at all. debit/credit card transactions are processed by Paypal's secure online payment system.
I would like to place an order using the same photographs as I have used before - do I need to send you the same images again?
No, we will access them from our servers, which are accessible only by authorised personnel.
How long will my order take?
We aim to deliver all orders to the below destinations in the times shown below:
- UK 5-7 Working days
- Europe 7-10 Working days
- Other 12-14 Working days
What quality of photograph should I use?
If you are using a digital camera we recommend setting your camera to the maximum/best resolution. When using a scanner set the scanner at 'high quality' or change the scan resolution to 300 dpi (dots per inch.) We will do our best to repair any minor defects free of charge! Please remember 'the better the quality of the image - the better the quality of the finished product'
